About
Mona’s love for art started at a very young age. She has been drawing since the day she learned how to hold a crayon in her hand. It all started with colourful scribbles of flowers lined up at the bottom of some scrap paper, and with always, a big, bright yellow sun in the right hand corner. Creating art had brought her so much joy back then, and now as an adult, with those scribbles refined, it still brings her just as much bliss as before.
Mona’s passion for art led her to the Fine Arts Program at Langara College, where she was able to hone her skills as a traditional artist. After graduating with a Fine Arts Diploma, she wanted to challenge herself and expand her skill sets. She also wanted to take her art to another level and so, she entered the world of digital art. It was at British Columbia Institute for Art and Technology where she fell in love with 3D. Now, with her newly attained Certificate in Digital Animation and computer graphic skills, combined with her strong traditional art background, she is ready to make my mark in the CG world.
